We're not financial engineers or turnaround artists. We step in, run the business hands-on, and build the systems that make growth repeatable. No set exit timeline or pressure to strip costs, just sustainable and compounding value creation.
1. Innovate
Leverage AI to enhance GTM systems, sales processes, and operational infrastructure- building the engine to scale beyond reputation and referrals.
2. Systematize
Implement data infrastructure, KPI frameworks, and repeatable processes- replacing tribal knowledge with scalable systems that compound over time.
3. Compound
Grow organically through better GTM execution, customer expansion, and operational leverage- then selectively pursue adjacent acquisitions.
Investment Criteria
Business
  • B2B companies with 10 or more years in business
  • Located in the Southeast US (Atlanta metro preferred, but open to businesses in Georgia, Florida, the Carolinas, Alabama, Tennessee, and Kentucky)
Financials
  • $750K - $1.5M EBITDA
  • 3+ years profitable with at least 10% net margins
  • Diversified base of repeat customers (low customer concentration, high recurring revenue)
Market & Industries
  • Service businesses preferred (home, commercial, industrial, tech-enabled)
  • Stable or slowly growing market
  • Non-cyclical, with low risk of tech disruption
Growth Opportunity
  • Historically underleveraged technology and operations with room to professionalize
  • No "key man" risk to core relationships / processes
  • Fragmented market with consolidation opportunity
Meet the Team
Eli is a growth and operations leader with a decade of building and scaling technology and services businesses. He helped scale an Atlanta-based startup from early-stage to nearly $20M in four years, co-founded a financial technology startup and helped grow it from concept to $500K in two years, and has consulted Fortune 500 organizations on digital transformation, growth strategy, and AI-powered operations.
He is actively involved in the Atlanta ecosystem, investing in and advising technology and services businesses. He holds a BA from Emory University, where he played NCAA soccer, and still plays semi-professionally today. You can find his published writing here.
